Private Rentals at WellNest Retreat Ranch
Host your next gathering in a peaceful New Caney ranch setting designed for rest, connection, workshops, celebrations, team retreats, church groups, and meaningful time together.
The WellNest
Indoor gathering space for 20-30 guests in the same room. Ideal for intimate wellness sessions, circles, planning days, baby showers, small celebrations, and private gatherings.
Starting rate: $100 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Starts at $400.
The Haven
A simple, flexible workshop space for up to 50 guests. The Haven is still being completed, but currently provides basic accommodations for wellness sessions, prayer circles, workshops, and small group experiences.
Pricing: introductory and custom rates available while the space is being completed.
The Grounds
Outdoor green space for family gatherings, lawn setups, open-air wellness experiences, prayer walks, photos, and relaxed celebrations.
Starting rate: outdoor rentals start at $600 for 4 hours. Larger gatherings are quoted by setup, parking, weather, and property use.
Full Property Rental
Full-property rentals begin at $1,800 and include access to approved event and gathering areas across the WellNest, The Haven, and the Grounds. Standard rentals do not include bedroom access.
Parking and Planning
On-site parking can accommodate approximately 30-40 cars. Grass parking may be available when weather and ground conditions allow. Larger gatherings may require carpooling, rideshare, or coordinated transportation.

Documents are provided during the inquiry and booking process so each event is reviewed clearly before the date is reserved.

A Restorative Ranch Retreat in New Caney, Texas
WellNest Retreat Ranch is located in New Caney, Texas, about 20 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and close enough to Houston for an easy day retreat, private gathering, or peaceful overnight escape.
Set on more than an acre of green space, WellNest offers a slower, softer setting for women, families, ministries, and small groups who want room to breathe. Guests can enjoy porch sitting, lawn gatherings, quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, tea experiences, outdoor connection, and intimate events inside The Haven or across the Healing Grounds.
It is close to the city, but intentionally created to feel like a pause: a place to rest your body, settle your nervous system, reconnect with God, gather around the table, celebrate life’s meaningful moments, and leave feeling cared for and renewed.
